Chakra Healing Day Retreat 18 May 2025

In this retreat we will explore a number of techniques to support the flow of energy through your meridians and chakras.  When Chakras are blocked or out of balance, it can manifest as physical or emotional illnesses or dis-ease.   On this day we will use crystals, sound, movement and mantra to support each chakra to vibrate at it's intended frequency.

The day includes lunch, unlimited refreshments, all teachings and handouts.
