This one day retreat is a sanctuary for inner stillness, gentle inquiry and subtle energy awakening.

 There will be:

* An opening circle, with heart centering meditation and intention setting, creating a safe and sacred space to connect.

* Guided Esoteric Buddhist Meditations with Mudra, Mantra and Visualisations.

* Guided Mindfulness meditations and exercises to enable you to learn techniques that will support you in your everyday life. 

* Gentle philosophical discussions and teachings to support your journey and spiritual learning

* Facilitated restorative time to step out of the chaos and allow the mind to settle.

* Opening heart practices to develop compassion without diminishing your healthy boundaries.

* A returning to the self - beneath the noise

* Closing circle - ending  the retreat with gratitude, sharing reflections and sealing the bond with a mother-daughter blessing.

This day retreat offers a nurturing and light-hearted experience, blending play, creativity and spirituality, leaving mothers and daughters with cherished memories, deeper understanding of one another and tools to continue their journey of intuition and connection at home.

Times:  9.30 arrival   16.30 depart
