Weekend Healing Retreat 21-23 March 2025

Our healing retreat is a focused get-away, designed to help you unwind, detox and connect deeply with your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

There will be a blend of holistic practices which will focus on learning how to connect with and understand energy flow in your own body through meridians, chakras and auras and with the universal energy flow.   

Through practical and experiential group sessions you will enjoy meditations and breathwork, mantras, movement. talks and walks. You will be nurtured by wholesome, home made vegetarian food, snacks and drinks and be supported by friendly like minded folk.    

This weekend is suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh and develop further. 

The weekend includes: attunement to Reiki, all meals and snacks, unlimited refreshments, all teachings and handouts.
