This exclusive, 4 day, all inclusive, deep rest retreat, in Girona, Spain will bring you the opportunity for deep relaxation, reflection and healing.
This retreat is designed to help you disconnect from stress, rejuvenate at your core level and find inner calm which will carry you through the year ahead. The mountain garden setting will offer you connection with the earth and nature, whilst the experienced facilitators will guide you through a replenishing, gentle schedule of self discovery and spiritual development.
Our three facilitator's are highly qualified and have extensive experience in supporting healing, psychological and emotional growth alongside spiritual deepening for all stages and ages. The knowledge and skills of the facilitators, enable them to offer you a gentle balance of extended meditations, chakra & meridian cleansing practices, gentle walks, journaling, wellness talks, experiential spiritual exercises, crystal & energy healing sessions, group, 1-1 and self reflection sessions.
Our venue has rooms with en-suite facilities, a swimming pool, gardens, mountain views, and yet still only 25 minutes from the beach.
We have been advised that this venue is an accessible space, with a limited number of ground floor bedrooms. Please contact us to discuss any access needs for advice before booking.
All food is freshly prepared on site and will be vegan and vegetarian. Please advise us of any allergens on booking.
This exclusive retreat has limited spaces for 12-14 people.
This retreat is inclusive of transfers to & from the Girona Spanish airport, twin room with bedding, towels, all meals, unlimited refreshments & heathy snacks, all teachings & handouts.

2. Payments can be made in instalments / payment plan (please ask)
3. All payments due/completed by 1 August 2025
4. No alcohol or other recreational drugs are permitted during the retreat
5. Mobile phone use is to be limited to free time (not during sessions)
6. All faiths, spiritual beliefs and none are welcome
7. All genders and none are welcome
8. All food and non alcoholic drinks on site are included.
9. The time table for the retreat will be flexed according to the needs of the group
